The goods will be shipped to

Important : If possible , enclose the delivery note, otherwise a note with the order number so that we can assign your order.

Return shipping is at your own expense.

You will receive a confirmation email after the return has been checked

The refund will be processed using the payment method you selected during purchase.

An exchange for a different size is possible.
Please note "Exchange for size M" on the delivery note for the relevant item.
As soon as we have processed your return, we will send you the desired size at no additional shipping cost.

How quickly is the refund?
Immediately after the goods have been inspected, the refund will be processed (to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase)
In most cases it takes about 1-2 weeks

In most cases it takes about 5-10 days.

PLEASE NOTE:
Articles that are dirty,
Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that have not been washed or used
(trying on the goods is excluded), as they are no longer for sale

What to do if something is broken/faulty?

Guarantee: In case of faulty / not due to a manufacturing defect

What should I do if I received the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at service@leggylux.ch
and describe your concerns. We will then take care of
as soon as possible to send you the correct article and place
a return label for the item received in error.
